Belinda Louw, daughter of Anthony Adler, joined Natglass in 2009 after taking a short break backpacking around the world.
Having completed her articles with EY Cape Town specialising in Entrepreneurial Growth Companies, she has worked in both New York and London in the corporate financial services space before trading in her high heels for safety shoes in the manufacturing space.
She is passionate about innovation, systems, people and customer service.
As well as being a mother of two and enjoying spending time outdoors and on her bike, she is extremely passionate about South Africa and has embarked on the PFP project to address the education crisis.
